Beth
Israel Synagogue is a non-affiliated organization dedicated to serving the
needs of the Jewish community of Southern Maryland
. We welcome anyone who wishes to join our family. Our rabbi and ritual
follow the Conservative tradition.
Jewish college students and active duty military with a rating of E-5 or
lower are accorded honorary membership, and are welcome to come and join us at any time.
Membership includes High Holiday tickets and is discounted 25% for your
first year. If you are discovering us just before or during the High Holidays,
you can purchase non-member tickets. If you decide to join as a
member later in the year, the price of your tickets will be credited to your membership fee.
Other benefits of membership include
special member rates to all
activities for which there is a fee, such as our Community Seder. Members
of Beth Israel are also eligible to join Cedar
Point Federal Credit Union.
Beth Israel offers a monthly newsletter and email reminders of upcoming
events.
We do not automatically add your
address to our mailing lists or send an invoice when you inquire about membership.
Please let us know

our family.
